Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data Grexprint collects through this website, why it is collected and what rights you have over it.
Last updated: October 2026
Who is responsible
Grexprint operates this website as a brand and lead-generation site for printed packaging services. Data protection enquiries can be sent to sales@grexprint.com.
Data we collect
The only data collected directly by this site comes from the contact form:
- Name and company
- Email address
- Destination market, requested item type and target quantity
- Any details you enter into the project description field
Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, which forwards them to our sales mailbox. The verification widget on the form is operated by Cloudflare Turnstile and processes technical signals (IP-derived data and browser characteristics) to block automated submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and maintain commercial correspondence. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox, and the necessity of processing for pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Storage and processors
The site itself is static and stores no data in a database. Third-party processors involved:
| Processor | Purpose | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages | Website hosting and delivery | Global edge network |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Bot protection on the contact form | Global edge network |
| Formspree | Delivery of form submissions by email | United States |
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language selection is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site can reopen in the language you chose. Turnstile may set a functional cookie or use local browser storage strictly to perform its verification task.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed for the business relationship and afterwards for the period required by commercial and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted on request.
Your rights
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion or restriction of processing
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
- Data portability
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@grexprint.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority competent for your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, an updated version will be published on this page.
Note: the binding version of this policy is the English text above; other language versions provided through the site switcher are translations for convenience.
