What we do

Packaging services built for low runs and many designs

We concentrate on printed packaging for electronic products — nothing else. That focus lets us hold tight tolerances on die-cutting, keep colour stable between repeat runs, and prepare compliance paperwork that hardware teams actually need.

  • Colour boxes, labels, inserts and manuals from one supplier
  • Artwork checked against our print and die-line requirements before plates are made
  • Consistent colour across repeat orders and across different SKU variants
  • Compliance documentation prepared for the EU market as part of the job

How low volumes stay economical

The shared-plate production model

Grexprint plans every order around how plate capacity is used. Instead of dedicating one expensive plate set to a single design, we group compatible artwork onto shared plate layouts and allocate the press time by design.

Your brand still gets its own artwork, its own colour targets and its own finished cartons — you simply are not charged for plate capacity that would otherwise sit idle.

  • Lower entry quantity for genuine offset printing, not digital compromise
  • Several SKUs or language variants in one production window
  • Predictable unit cost when you reorder the same artwork
More than printing

Compliance support included with every run

Most print suppliers hand over cartons and stop there. We close the gap between packaging and market access, especially for brands selling into the European Union.

  • EU PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) supporting documentation
  • Material composition verification reports for papers, boards and finishes
  • Production batch traceability records from plate to shipment

FAQ

Questions hardware teams ask us first

Minimum quantities, artwork rules, compliance paperwork and lead times are covered in the FAQ section — along with how we ship outside the EU.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our low-volume runs start well below conventional offset minimums. Exact entry quantity depends on box size, board grade and finishing — send us your dimensions and target count and we will confirm what fits the current shared-plate schedule.

Which artwork file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4), plus AI or layered PSD with outlined fonts. All images 300 dpi at final size, CMYK plus defined spot colours, 3 mm bleed, and text kept 2 mm from cut lines.

Which compliance documents do you supply?

EU PPWR supporting documentation, material composition verification for the substrates and finishes used, and batch traceability records tying each delivered carton quantity to its production run.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Europe is our main service region with regular lanes into DE, FR, ES and NL, and we ship worldwide under the same documentation and traceability process.

Tell us what you are launching
